roll 1d100.
50+ is a successful action

example:
Valaina rolls 1d100 attack: Icestrike Type: spell/melee Noble & gets 96.
or
The Kinslayer rolls 1d100 attack: flame bolt. type: spell. target: Silverback. & gets 49.

dodges:

if your opponent gets a 50-55 you may attempt a dodge.
